Abstract: This comprehensive study has been meticulously undertaken to investigate the intricate relationship between locally sourced culinary offerings and the rich tapestry of heritage sites, serving as a pivotal determinant in the recognition of Bulakan as an eminent local tourist haven within the broader landscape of the Bulacan province. The study highlights Nuestra Senora De la Asuncion Parish Church as the most frequently visited heritage site within the region and the traditional kakanin as the most popular delicacy in Bulakan. The evaluation results show that tourists agreed on attributes such as attraction, accessibility and amenities, whilst they moderately agreed in regard to accommodation. Notably, the local government of Bulakan has embraced an active role in nurturing the potential of this burgeoning tourist hub. As a sign of their commitment, they stand poised to embrace the challenges intrinsic to developing the area into a preeminent local tourist destination. The collaboration between the local populace, heritage sites, gastronomic traditions, and governmental support underscores the holistic endeavour to shape Bulakan into a multifaceted and alluring destination that beckons avid travellers and cultural enthusiasts alike (Islam et al., 2025).
